I have tried their customer care number and none of their number is working. I even dropped them mails and again there is no response over that as well. My money is gone and even i have not got the product as well.... Later they started putting me on hold & then silently disconnect. Then they just canceled the order without refunding my money. The customer care people will just say the same thing--we promise the delivery by today. When asked for the courier boy's contact number they would say that even they don't know the number as per the company norms. Sir we received call and he may be One of the Customer Care Executive of Homeshop-18. I have lodge the complaint to customercare many time to replace the wrong product but the wrong product is not replace or reverse back till now.You are requested to replace the wrong product at earliest.

I bought some items from the website, but the quality of the products was terrible. I was so upset, but I checked the website and it turned out that I could change the items and get refund within 14 days after I purchase. Every time customer people said sorry sir ap ka complain resolve kar diya jayega.but homeshop people are sleeping no body care customer.agsin customer ringup then he wakeup same dailog custome care people say.

Instead they will provide the landline number of Delhivery Courier. They don't have a proper logistics department in place according to me.
